Draft — not yet legally reviewed

This is a draft written for the Reorder beta. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not the final agreement.

What Reorder stores

Your account email address, your plan and subscription status, and counters for how many files you have organized and analyzed. Nothing else about you is stored on our side.

Your files

Files are read on your own device. Reorder never uploads a file, an image at full resolution, a folder path or a folder name. For ordinary documents in Standard Privacy, a short cleaned-up text snippet may be sent for classification. Files detected as sensitive are kept on your device by default; only if you explicitly choose to use Reorder AI for such a file may a limited, redacted excerpt be sent, and credential-like information stays protected. Strict Privacy sends nothing at all.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider. They receive your email address and the plan you chose. They never receive anything about your files.

Product analytics

During the beta, Reorder records counts of actions such as “scan completed” or “undo used”, plus plain numbers. No filenames, folder names, document text or personal data from documents are ever recorded. You can switch this off in Settings.

Your choices

You can delete your account data by writing to admin@reorder.so. Switching to Strict Privacy stops all document-related traffic immediately.
